Replenish Decoction

Replenish Decoction is a traditional Chinese medicine–inspired herbal blend designed to support recovery after prolonged periods of intense emotional and physical demand. How to prepare: Empty the packet into a ceramic, glass, or stainless-steel pot with 1 gallon of filtered water. Simmer until half the liquid remains. Strain. Repeat with a second gallon of water. Combine for approximately 1 gallon of finished decoction. Refrigerate and reheat before drinking.

How to take: One cup in the morning and one cup in the evening, preferably on an empty stomach. Pair with contemplative walks, gentle stretching, and gratitude practices for best results.
